Job Description
Step into a varied and energetic role where you'll experience all aspects of a premium 5-star hotel operation. From Coco's Kitchen + Bar to the Pool Bar and our busy event spaces, you'll be part of everything from relaxed breakfasts to vibrant poolside service and large-scale functions. With a mix of AM and PM shifts, this role offers genuine variety and the chance to build well-rounded hospitality experience.
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members who enjoy working in a team environment and take pride in delivering memorable guest experiences. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll bring a positive, guest-first approach and help ensure smooth, efficient service across all areas of the hotel.
What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, engaging service across restaurant, bar, poolside, and event spaces
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with setting up, operating, and packing down service and event areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Recommend menu items and confidently upsell where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to a welcoming, positive culture
Qualifications
- A friendly, guest-focused attitude and passion for hospitality
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive, can-do approach
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
