About the role and where you'll be working: Located in a peaceful part of Albany, Juniper Korumup is a well-established aged care home providing culturally respectful and person-centred care for up to 72 residents. We're deeply rooted in the local community and proud to offer a homely, supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and cared for-and where staff are truly appreciated. Whilst working as an Enrolled Nurse you will provide professional nursing care for residents within the scope of your Enrolled Nurse registration. You will provide guidance and supervision to care staff; ensuring person-centered care principles are embraced and embedded during service provision to residents. Whilst working in this rewarding role you will assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in the Residential care setting. This is a permanent part-time position working 30 hours per fortnight. Key Responsibilities: Provision of clinical care to residents according to care plan Safe administration of medications Completion of required documentation Carer support and supervision Compliance with Occupational, Safety and Health requirements Key requirements: Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA Previous experience in aged care - desirable Wound care experience - desirable Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards Understand the principles of Occupational Safety and Health in a health care setting Strong communication, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and team work Excellent time management What's on offer: Attractive remuneration $40.48 - $43.24per hour - depending on experience, plus 12% superannuation Non-profit values driven Western Australian aged care provider Salary Packaging up to $18,550 per annum tax free Health Insurance discounts Free parking on site How to apply: To be considered for this position please submit your application online including a current curriculum vitae.
