The National Disability Insurance Agency, Office of the CIO (NDIA OCIO) is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

We are seeking highly skilled and energetic Salesforce Functional Consultants to join the OCIO. You will provide business analysis, design, and agile collaboration skills to configure Salesforce solutions which improve the NDIS through a better Participant experience and a more effective Scheme. You have an opportunity to really make a difference.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Assess business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support.
• Quickly connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the Salesforce application, with a particular focus on delivery of digital solutions through Salesforce Communities.
• Create implementable User Stories from business requirements, or augment business-authored User Stories to make them implementable.
• Be part of agile delivery, capturing functional requirements, structuring them as Epics and User Stories.
• Lead (or play a key role) in application solution design efforts.
• Configure OOTB components.
• Progress to holding end-to-end functional responsibilities as it relates to the analysis, design, build, test, and deployment of enterprise level solutions including the assessment of viable solution options, formulating, and presenting solution options to various levels of business stakeholders.
