What's the role?
You'll be part of something big, helping some of Australia's most ambitious businesses grow, thrive and take on the world. Based in Sydney, Warrane on Gadigal Country, this is a full time opportunity where you'll work alongside Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Directors to support a diverse portfolio of clients.

You'll bring your financial insight to the table, helping structure complex deals, analysing credit and supporting strong, trusted relationships with customers. It's a fast paced environment where no two days look the same, and where you'll have the chance to grow your capability while contributing to meaningful outcomes for our customers.

What do I need?
A background in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
CPA or CA qualification, or working towards completion
Experience supporting more complex lending structures
Strong credit and risk analysis skills with high attention to detail
The ability to build trust and communicate with clarity and confidence
