HUGO BOSS are seeking askilled, fashion forward and passionate Full Time Sales Consultantto join us at our Bondi Junction location.
In this role, you will drive sales by creating inspiring shopping experiences, using your fitting and styling expertise to help our clients look and feel their best. You will deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint and work closely with your team to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day store operations.
What you can expect:
- Driving sales and providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to our clients
- Collaborating with your team in the day to day operations
- Demonstrating a customer centric mindset to ensure customer's expectations are surpassed at every opportunity
- Building a steady clientele of repeat shoppers through relationship building and CRM data gathering
- Supporting in all merchandise related processes, including stock management and loss prevention
- Maximizing every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store targets and KPI's
Your profile:
- Prior customer service experience
- Fashion apparel background is advantageous
- A genuine love of fashion and well versed styling expertise
- Experience working in a team to achieve business goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
