We're looking for an experienced Detailer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role You'll be the final set of eyes on every vehicle before it goes back to the customer - responsible for finish quality, cleanliness, and making sure the repair meets our standard. What you'll be doing: Quality checking vehicles on receipt to confirm all prior work is complete Washing and cleaning vehicle exteriors Buffing, de-nibbing, and polishing paintwork to the required finish Keeping your workspace clean and organised Completing accurate records of work done What we're looking for: Previous detailing experience in a panel shop or collision repair environment Solid knowledge of buffing, polishing, and de-nibbing techniques High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and a team player Full working rights in Australia Capital SMART is an equal opportunity employer.
