This role provides advanced administrative and clerical support services to enable the Engineering Services Department to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner. This role involves high level administration support including, payroll, meeting management, meeting minutes and general administration all aimed at supporting the department's objectives and contributing to overall organisational success. The position also maintains databases, intranet information and systems such as Healthroster, Stafflink and Oracle, AFMO and Rapid Global.

Selection Criteria
  1. Demonstrated experience in providing a wide range of high-level administrative services in a demanding environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to write accurate and concise reports, documents and correspondence with strong attention to detail.
  3. High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently using initiative and judgement to solve problems.
  5. Demonstrated commitment to work as part of a team in providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives.
  6. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to learn new systems as require.
  7. Demonstrated ability to initiate and develop reliable systems for the collation, organisation and storage of information to support Engineering Services' requirements.
  8. Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
