We are seeking a motivated Outpatients Operations Manager to join our team and provide operational leadership and oversight of outpatient services across Nepean Hospital Ambulatory Care.
This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of outpatient services through oversight of administrative operations, performance monitoring, clinic utilisation and workforce coordination. The successful Operations Manager will be someone who is a natural leader and guide, with the ability to provide operational support to Clerical Coordinators and administrative teams and ensure consistent processes that align with organisational and performance objectives.

What you will bring to the role
- Tertiary qualifications in a Health Management related field and/or equivalent relevant management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional, operational and strategic leadership.
- High level of competence in documentation, reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate with different levels of staff
- Experience coordinating and implementing quality improvement and change management initiatives.
- Experience in planning, approval and management of outpatient services with advanced experience using the iPM Patient Management system.
- Knowledge and experience of funding models and billing for public hospital outpatient services.
- Experience in staff management, development, supervision and support.
