What you'll be doing
This position must ensure that both frontline and secretarial staff are delivering high quality administrative services in a customer focused manner and in accordance with Hospital and departmental policies. This role involves the oversight supervision of administrative services whilst also providing support to Clinicians, nursing staff, revenue and other senior admin officers within PSIU.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise and engage with internal and external stakeholders including consumers, patients, the public, staff NSW Health and other government agencies.
  2. Demonstrated experience in providing high level senior executive support, ability to use information technology and systems such as eMR, HP Records management (TRIM), Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  3. Proven ability to manage staff, through leadership and team building skills.
