About the Opportunity
As a Registered Midwife, you will provide woman-centered, evidence-based care throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan and coordinate care, support women and families, respond to changing clinical needs, and contribute to quality improvement and student development.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Registration as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
  • A commitment to providing safe, woman-centered and evidence-based maternity care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships with women, families and colleagues.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing clinical environments.
  • Critical thinking skills, sound clinical judgement and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • A willingness to embrace change and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
