About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and eager individual for the role of Occupational Health Administrator to join our team and support in the administration of Injury Management, Return to Work, updating of databases and registers and supporting the wider HSE team. This opportunity is permanent, full time (5 days a week) and working from our Eagle Farm Office, Brisbane.

About You:
Experience with management systems and controlled documents is preferred
Knowledge of Injury Management and Return to Work Programs
Experience with HSE software systems an advantage
Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
High level knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise high-volume workload.

Key Responsibilities
Support the administration of Injury Management and Return to Work Requirements.
Manage Injury Management data
Maintaining Occupational Health registers and supporting documentation
Liaising with Injury Management and Rehab providers
Assist in development and administration of Health Programs
Liaise with Medical and Insurance provider/case managers
Assist in development and review of Occupational Health documentation.
Provide support to the wider HSEQ Team
