Working closely with project leaders, you'll bring structure, insight and momentum-connecting data, people and process to help deliver outcomes that matter. What You'll Be Doing... Enterprise Bargaining activity - You will be actively involved in the negotiation, review and drafting of Enterprise Agreement terms Project Coordination - Manage schedules, stakeholder coordination, approvals, documentation and meetings to support effective delivery of project milestones. Project Delivery & Implementation Excellence - Support delivery of project outcomes, including communications, artefact development and stakeholder signoffs. InsightDriven Analysis & Reporting - Support, data exercises, including general data validation, analysis, and reporting and insights. Strategic Resource & Content Development - Contribute to the development of Enterprise Agreement content, communications, training and supporting materials, and advise on flowon impacts to policies and processes. Clear, Consistent Change Communication - Apply approved frameworks to deliver clear project updates, resource releases and team member engagement across key change milestones. What You'll Bring... Industrial Instruments Knowledge - Sound understanding of Australian industrial instruments, including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements is an absolute must for this role. Experience Supporting Projects - Background in delivering or supporting projects within people, culture, workforce or organisational functions. DataDriven & Commercially Minded - Strong analytical skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Excel. Experience Delivering Meaningful People Projects - Demonstrated experience supporting HR or peoplerelated projects, ideally largescale or complex initiatives such as enterprise bargaining, systems or transformation programs. Exceptional Communication & Influencing Skills - Highly developed written and verbal communication skills across emails, reports, briefing papers, presentations and verbal briefings. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management - Experience working with broad and diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leaders, to achieve shared outcomes. Formal Qualifications - Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Business, Human Resources, Finance/Commerce is preferred or Bonus Points - Experience working with, or supporting applications for Enterprise Agreements through the Fair Work Commission.
