About the team
Klaviyo's Partnerships team helps drive durable growth through our ecosystem of agency, systems integrator, and consultant partners. We work closely with partners to create demand, unlock new revenue, improve customer outcomes, and bring the full value of Klaviyo to market.
Our best Partner Managers are commercial, partner-first, and highly collaborative. They know how to turn strong relationships into measurable business outcomes through joint go-to-market planning, co-sell execution, and partner enablement.
About the role
As a Partner Account Manager, Mid-Market, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic agency and services partners while also recruiting and activating new partners across your territory. You will be responsible for driving partner-sourced pipeline, building repeatable co-sell motions and GTM plans, and helping partners expand their Klaviyo practice and profitability.
This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between executive relationship management, partner enablement, pipeline creation, and hands-on deal execution. You should be comfortable leading joint business planning, identifying whitespace, building partner account plans, and working side by side with Klaviyo sellers to move opportunities forward.
You will also help partners bring Klaviyo's broader platform story to market, including our evolving B2C CRM, AI-powered capabilities, and service offerings.
How you'll make an impact
- Own and grow a portfolio of 15-20 partners across your territory, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, sales leaders, and delivery teams
- Recruit, onboard, and activate high-potential new partners to expand Klaviyo's mid-market ecosystem and improve regional coverage
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline through structured joint GTM plans, partner business plans, and co-sell execution
- Build and manage a healthy referral and co-sell pipeline, with a strong focus on opportunity volume, velocity, and quality
- Lead joint account planning and account mapping with partners and Klaviyo AEs to identify whitespace, unlock new logos, and accelerate expansion opportunities
- Help partners strengthen their Klaviyo positioning, service offerings, and go-to-market motion to grow the commercial value of their practice
- Partner closely with Partner Marketing to execute joint GTM programs that generate awareness, demand, and pipeline
- Drive regular business reviews with partners, using data and insight to improve performance and long-term impact
- Travel up to 25% to meet with partners, support field engagement, and attend events
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, account management, business development, sales, or a related SaaS go-to-market role
- You have experience working with partners that support mid-market and/or enterprise customers and can speak credibly to that segment and its buying dynamics
- You are a strong relationship builder, have a challenger mindset with commercial instincts and are motivated by revenue outcomes, not just partner activity
- You have prior quota-carrying experience, with a track record of hitting monthly and quarterly partner or revenue targets
- You have experience building and executing joint GTM plans across co-sell, co-marketing, and partner-led demand generation
- You are confident working directly with AEs and sales teams on account planning, pipeline generation, and deal acceleration
- You are comfortable presenting product, solution, and value-based discussions with partners and customers
- You are highly collaborative, operate well independently, and can set priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment
- You hold a valid work authorisation to work in Australia
