We're looking for a hands-on and passionate Marketing Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract at Objective Corporation based in Wollongong.

We're looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Specialist to help drive demand generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness for our Regulatory Solutions business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 3-4+ years of marketing experience who enjoys being hands-on, highly organised, and involved in the execution of campaigns from concept through to delivery. You'll work closely with sales, customer success, product marketing, and external partners to create impactful marketing programs that generate real business results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

  • Managing the delivery of email marketing, social campaigns, webinars, digital advertising, and content initiatives.

  • Organising and supporting events, conferences, customer forums, and industry activities.Creating marketing assets including newsletters, case studies, presentations, blogs, and promotional content.

  • Collaborating closely with sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement activities.

  • Managing campaign logistics, timelines, and stakeholder coordination to ensure flawless execution.

  • Tracking campaign performance and using insights to continuously improve results.

  • Supporting marketing automation and CRM activities across platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or similar tools.

Who we're looking for?

  • 3-4+ years' experience in a marketing, campaign coordination, field marketing, or demand generation role.
  • A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and getting things done.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social, events, and content channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
