We're now seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to lead our program at the Northern School of Autism site. About your new role: Lead a team delivering high-quality daily support for children and young people with complex disability needs Design and oversee inclusive programs aligned with participant NDIS goals Manage daily operations with a focus on safety, service quality, and compliance Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practice Liaise with families, school teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualised care Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with NDIS and internal quality systems Promote a fun, inclusive, and empowering environment where young people can thrive What You'll Bring: Experience leading teams in disability, education, or community services Confidence managing services for children with high and complex needs Strong understanding of person-centred active support and inclusive practice Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Alignment with our values: Caring, Open, Engaged Requirements: Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector is ideal but not essential Previous leadership experience in a disability or child-focused setting Working towards or holding a relevant qualification at a minimum of Certificate III level in one of the following areas: Education, Community and Social Services, Health and Medical, Disability and Aged Care, or Allied Health.
