Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Aged Care Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will support seniors either in a residential aged care facility or through in-home care services. Your primary focus will be to assist clients with their daily activities, enhance their overall well-being, and ensure they receive high-quality care. This role requires a blend of personal support, clinical assistance, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

- Accompanying aged and disabled persons during daily activities

- Assisting clients with their mobility

- Preparing food for clients

- Arranging social activities

- Performing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming and cleaning

- Assisting in personal hygiene and dressing

- Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support

- May do shopping and run errands

- May live in with the person

Required Qualification & Work Experience

Aged Care Worker Trainee

• Offshore
  • At least 12 months of experience (or study equivalent) in Aged Care Worker within the last 24 months.
  • PTE 30+

• Onshore: Opportunity for 462/485 Visa Holders

Aged Care Worker

• Have at least 2 year of work experience as an Aged Care Worker
• At least a relevant AQF Certificate III in Individual Support or higher qualification or equivalent or 3 years of relevant work experience to substitute for the qualification.
• English requirement: IELTS score of 5.0 overall (or equivalent), and minimum of IELTS score 4.0 (or equivalent) for individual bands.
